THE DUTCH PATTERN STUDIO aims to design models with a feminine, timeless look and a nice fit. They are created as a base for your own design and creativity.
My story
Dreams and hard work. Without dreams there is no goal and without effort and hard work there are no results.
Ten years ago, I realised my dream was to tell my story as a designer. I also realised that I had absolutely no experience and expertise to make that dream come true.
I started pursuing my dream. I gained all the knowledge and experience I needed by collaborating on other designers' dreams. I learnt sewing, pattern making, design, styling, fabric knowledge and everything else a designer needs to know.
Over the years, I worked for Dutch designers as the likes of Mart Visser, Claes Iversen and Viktor & Rolf, where I learned the intricacies of the trade. From creating patterns for haute-couture to instantly wearable fashion items.
Eventually, I found out that I find pattern-making the most enjoyable part of the process and in spring 2024 I started THE DUTCH PATTERN STUDIO.

I have a huge amount of fun doing it and I really enjoy seeing what people create with our patterns!
